To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- be a South African citizen,
- be between the ages of 18 and 30,
- be able to speak, read and write English,
- be computer literate,
- not be permanently employed,
- not be studying at another tertiary institution.

What documents do I need to submit with my application?
You will need to upload an updated copy of your CV, your latest academic transcripts, and a copy of your South African ID (or relevant passport/work permit if applying from outside of South Africa).
Can I apply for more than one programme?
Yes, you can apply for more than one programme if you meet the entry requirements. However, we encourage you to focus your application on the track that best aligns with your field of study and career goals.
What does the assessment process look like?
After you have submitted your application, our selection process generally includes an initial pre-screening questionnaire, an online assessment, a digital video interview and/or panel interviews with the business leaders. Please view our how we hire section for more detailed information.
