Can I apply for more than one programme?
Yes, you can apply for more than one programme if you meet the entry requirements. However, we encourage you to focus your application on the track that best aligns with your field of study and career goals.
Is this a permanent position?
Most of our graduate programmes offer permanent employment from day one, giving you access to the benefits, support and growth opportunities available to our employees.
Our CA graduate programme is structured differently. It is offered on a fixed-term contract, in line with industry practice. You will still benefit from the same high-quality learning experience, development support and opportunities to grow as participants in our other graduate programmes.
What does the assessment process look like?
After you have submitted your application, our selection process generally includes an initial pre-screening questionnaire, an online assessment, a digital video interview and/or panel interviews with the business, comprehensive psychometric assessments and a final-round interview or assessment centre with our business leaders.
Are these paid opportunities?
Our graduate programmes are fully paid opportunities.
What happens after I complete my programme?
Most of our graduate programmes offer permanent employment from day one. Should you join our CA Graduate programme, a different employment process will apply as this programme is only offered on a fixed-term contract, in line with industry practice.
